Coldspring Nutrition Shack started with a simple belief: that people deserve to know what's in their food. Not a list of unpronounceable ingredients, but things like flour, water, salt, time.
We opened our doors in Coldspring, Texas, to be the kind of place our neighbors could rely on — for a morning loaf that actually tastes like bread, for pantry staples that don't come with a warning label, and for a friendly face behind the counter.
Everything we bake is done by hand, in small batches. Our teas are sourced from growers who treat their land well. And our produce comes from farms we've shaken hands with. It's slower than the alternative, but it's the only way we know how to do this.
